Designed for heat treating built-up rail ends and rail welds. The 110-115 Rail Quenching Set includes: a baffle chamber (left) used to pre-heat the welded area and a air quench unit for post-weld heat treating. The quench unit is supplied with a height adjusting mechanism and a ½ inch ball valve for easy hook-up to a compressed air supply. All steel construction designed for in-plant or field operations.
