Meadoweld's Model RS-80 "O'Bear" is a portable, 65 horsepower gas engine driving a 26-28 inch abrasive wheel. It can cut any size rail in less than 25 seconds. A patented oscillating system reduces the arc of contact between the wheel and the rail for burr-free cutting. All models include heavy-duty rail clamps, improved spindle design, spark arrestor, lifting bale, parking brake, blade storage and standard safety features. Options include power feed and self-propelling. "O'Bear" rental units are available.
